Pathway is ROC’s youth development initiative dedicated to helping young people build a strong foundation of identity, purpose, and possibility. We believe every young person is uniquely created with gifts, talents, and the potential to make a meaningful impact. By helping youth discover who they are, they are better equipped to discern where they are called to thrive.

Through mentorship, leadership development, career exploration, and hands-on learning experiences, Pathway equips youth with the confidence, character, and practical skills needed to pursue their future. We expose participants to opportunities in science, technology, the arts, entrepreneurship, skilled trades, and other high-growth career fields while encouraging lifelong learning and personal development.

Our vision is to empower the next generation to look beyond their current circumstances, embrace their identity, develop their gifts, and confidently pursue lives of purpose, leadership, and lasting impact.
