ROC, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to restoring the foundation upon which strong individuals, healthy families, and thriving communities are built. While ROC stands for Restoring Our Communities, we believe that lasting transformation begins by strengthening the foundation—cultivating compassion, nurturing identity, inspiring creativity, and building meaningful relationships.
Our mission is to equip individuals and families with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to grow, heal, and thrive. Through our three core pillars—Compassion, Creativity, and Identity—we foster connection, encourage personal growth, and empower people to discover their purpose and create a lasting impact for generations to come.
We believe that when the foundation is restored, families are strengthened, communities flourish, and future generations are empowered to thrive.
LÉKARE | COMPASSION
Lékare represents ROC’s commitment to compassion in action. Through outreach, acts of service, community partnerships, and practical support, we serve individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Our goal is to meet immediate needs, offer encouragement, and bring hope to those who need it most while creating a culture of care within our communities.
KRE8 | CREATIVITY
KRE8 celebrates the power of creativity to connect people and strengthen communities. Through arts, entertainment, family events, and engaging experiences, KRE8 creates opportunities for individuals and families to build meaningful relationships, express themselves, and create lasting memories. We believe creativity inspires connection, brings people together, and helps communities flourish.
PATHWAY | IDENTITY
Pathway is ROC’s youth development initiative focused on helping young people discover who they are and where they are called to thrive. We believe every person has a unique purpose and a place where their gifts can be fully realized. Through mentorship, leadership development, career exploration, and hands-on learning experiences, Pathway helps youth identify their strengths and explore opportunities in science, technology, and other growing fields. Our vision is to inspire young people to look beyond their current circumstances, discover their potential, and confidently pursue a future filled with purpose and possibility.
