ROC, Inc. – Restoring the Foundation
Founded in 2014, ROC, Inc. began as a community outreach effort focused on serving families during the Christmas season. What started as a simple act of giving grew into a broader vision to meet the needs of individuals and communities year-round. In 2020, ROC became an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and expanded its impact through mentoring programs, youth conferences, creative community events, and outreach initiatives that included feeding and supporting the homeless.
Today, ROC, Inc. is dedicated to restoring the foundation of strong families and thriving communities. We believe that healthy relationships, meaningful connections, and opportunities for growth create a lasting impact for future generations. Our mission is to strengthen individuals, families, and communities by focusing on three essential areas: Compassion, Creativity, and Identity. Through these pillars, we provide support, foster connection, and inspire people to discover their purpose so they can thrive in every area of life.

What started as a simple act of giving soon grew into a greater vision—to meet the needs of individuals and families throughout the year. In 2020, ROC became an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, expanding its impact through mentoring programs, youth conferences, creative community events, and outreach initiatives that provided support and resources to individuals and families, including those experiencing homelessness.
While ROC stands for Restoring Our Communities, we believe that lasting community transformation begins by restoring the foundation. Strong communities are built upon healthy individuals, thriving families, meaningful relationships, and people who understand their God-given identity and purpose.
Today, ROC, Inc. is committed to restoring that foundation. Our mission is to strengthen individuals, families, and communities by cultivating compassion, inspiring creativity, and helping people discover and walk confidently in their identity. Through mentorship, education, outreach, and community engagement, we equip people with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to build resilient lives, strengthen relationships, and create lasting generational impact.
We believe that when the foundation is restored, families flourish, communities are strengthened, and future generations are empowered to thrive.
FEEDING THE COMMUNITY
Giving Back
Yearly we serve those who can never pay us back. ROC makes every effort to lend a helping hand to the community. Each year we partner with local shelters in serving a hot meal to families and putting our boots on the ground to serve brown bag food on the streets. We are committed to doing good and leaving a willingness with the youth that teaches serving from the heart lights up the heart and the community.

At ROC, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing the challenges our youth face. Training the Next Generation is by no means an easy fight, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area.
